Bazooka, the game thriller which stars Mammootty in the lead role, is one of the most anticipated Malayalam films of 2025. The project, directed by Deeno Dennis, was originally expected to hit the big screens during the Onam season of 2025. But, Bazooka was delayed due to multiple technical reasons and is now getting a February 2025 release. The dubbing of the film, which stars Gautham Vasudev Menon in a key role, is currently in progress.
As per the latest updates, director Deeno Dennis and his team have kickstarted the dubbing process of Bazooka. The cast members, including Mammootty, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and others, are expected to wrap up dubbing for their portions in the highly anticipated film in a couple of days. From the new updates, it is safe to assume that the long-delayed film is finally nearing completion, and will hit the theatres on February 14, 2025.

If the recent updates are to be believed, the Bazooka trailer will be out, by the first week of February 2025. The much-awaited update is expected to be out, once the cast and crew wrap up the post-production of the film. In that case, a major update on the film is expected to be out soon. As per the reports, the Bazooka team is expected to kickstart the film’s promotions by the final week of January 2025, with a series of new updates.
Mammootty is set to play the role of Vinod Menon, a former Military office and travel junkie, in the upcoming Deeno Dennis directorial. Gautham Vasudev Menon, on the other hand, is appearing in the role of Benjamin Joshua, in the film. Jagadish, Sunny Wayne, Hakkim Shajahan, Divya Pillai, Shine Tom Chacko, Sharaf U Dheen, Neeta Pillai, Iswarya Menon, and others appear in supporting roles in the film. Nimish Ravi and Roby Varghese Raj handled the cinematography. Midhun Mukundan composes the music score.
