Barroz, the long-delayed directorial debut of Mohanlal, is finally gearing up to hit the big screens by the end of 2024. The movie, which is touted to be a period fantasy children’s film, has been under production since 2021. After multiple delays, the makers have finally dropped the Barroz trailer on theatres, along with the Suriya starrer, Kanguva. If the reports are to be believed, the trailer is now being screened in all the 3D theatres across Kerala.
Mohanlal and his team surprised the cine-goers by silently releasing the long-awaited Barroz trailer in theatres, along with the Suriya-starrer Kanguva today (November 14, 2024). The trailer, which is now being screened on all 3D screens across Kerala, is expected to be available in the 2D theatres, very soon. Even though the makers have not made an official announcement yet, the grapevine suggests that Barroz trailer will also have its online release, very soon. A major update on the same is expected to be out very soon.
The cinephiles, who watched the much-awaited Barroz trailer along with Kanguva, are highly impressed with the top-notch visuals and technical excellence of Mohanlal’s directorial debut. From the initial reactions, it is safe to assume that the period fantasy film is going to be a visually enthralling theatrical experience for both the Malayalam and global audiences.
