Bangla Medium: The wedding day shoot sees Srijala Guha, Rizwan Rabbani Sekh, and others

The lunch is done and people are busy getting ready for the evening. Their daughter is getting married and hence everyone is busy. It is not a real marriage after all. It is the serial Bangla Medium has its shooting going on in Joka. 

The bride’s brother Viki, Vikram Chattopadhyay, and his wife Indira Sarkar are especially busy. Suhana is getting married against her family's wishes. None of her family members came, but Mou, Dodo, and many others came to wish her. 

The audience sees only Indira, Suhana, and Viki on regular days. But on this day, there were Srijala Guha, Rizwan Rabbani Sekh, singer Sovan Ganguly, and many others. There was a festive mood in the shooting spot. 

Neel Bhattacharya and Tiyasha Lepcha first paired up in the serial Krishnokoli. They are again together in this serial. Vivan Ghosh, who played the villain Ashok in Krishnakali, famous for conspiring against the hero Nikhil, was also present in the new serial's spot. Two brothers were seen in the makeup room. Many people were sitting there and busy having lunch. 

Neel told Anandabazar Online, “We had a sumptuous lunch and do not like to get up.” Many people agreed. Neel added, “It is like Krishnokoli's set. Vivan da is also here.” Tiyasha also echoed his words, “I am having great fun. I am working with many people but none of them seem new.” 

Suhana, played by Sampurna Lahiri, the arch-rival of Tiyasha, is her friend off-screen. They share the same makeup room. Sampurna said, “Tiyasha is like my little sister.” Tiyasha said, “Here everyone falls in the same age group. That is why we are having fun. The grand episode's shooting is going on. Hence many people came. It feels like my sister-in-law is actually getting married.”
