Balaji Murugadoss thanks fans for supporting him to emerge as the title winner of Bigg Boss Ultimate

The much-celebrated reality show, Bigg Boss Ultimate, came to an end on Sunday after providing 70 days of unlimited entertainment to viewers. Balaji Murugadoss, who was adjudged as the first runner-up in Bigg Boss Tamil 4, emerged as the winner this time by outsmarting Niroop with a difference of huge number of votes.

The model-turned-actor has been garnering a lot of fans a few days after the show began because of his aggressive nature, spontaneous reactions, dedication in performing tasks and standing up for his rights. Despite many housemates picking up fights with him at various instances, he managed to win people's hearts with his perseverance. 

He has now taken to his Twitter page to thank his fans and well-wishers, and added that it was quite an experience to win the title after competing against 15 contestants. 

His tweet read, "BB ultimate winner aha “porupu” etra tharunam.“Kaiyil kedachathu tholanjaa. Innum romba pudichathu kedaikkum. Playing and winning against 15 experienced players Was a Privilege. And it is only for my fam. edho enala mudinja repay for all your love (sic)." He also replied to a few of the congratulatory messages in the comment section and said that he was humbled to lift the trophy in front of his hero Silambarasan, the host of the show.

Many regular viewers of the show expressed happiness for Bala's achievement on social media; a few of them shared exclusive clips which featured collages from his images and videos from the show. 

His fans and other viewers of the show are now looking forward to the next move in his career. A while ago, it was announced that he will play the lead in a movie which will be produced by Ravindran of Libra Productions. Billed as a courtroom drama, it has Yuvan Shankar Raja and R Velraj handling music direction and cinematography respectively.
