One of the highlights of Duniya Suri's more recent work has been Charan Raj's music. The latter's eclectic sensibilities as a composer have blended really well with the filmmaker's unorthodox visual and narrative styles and their collaboration, thus far, has resulted in two rather enterprising albums - Tagaru and Poopcorn Monkey Tiger.

Of course, with Suri and Charan Raj now back together for the third time for Bad Manners, the expectations are huge and so far, they have managed to live up to them. The title track of the film, a funk, '80s sounding track which boasts the vocals of Usha Uthup has already set the bar quite high and the team followed it up with the starkly contrasting, but equally fun, 'Saraayi' song. The second single is sung by popular Kannada actor M.S. Umesh.

Bad Manners third single out now

Earlier today, Suri & Co. released the third single from the soundtrack and this one's likely to remind listeners of the soundscape of Charan Raj's other popular track, Psychedelic Maaye. Titled 'Oga Oga', the new single from Bad Manners featuring foreign lyrics combined with Jayant Kaykini's authentic Kannada verses and has been sung by Kapil Kapilan and Narayan Sharma. The YouTube version of 'Oga Oga' also includes a few stills from the film.

Many would know that Kapil Kapilan recently worked with Charan Raj to sing the title track of Sapta Sagaradaache Ello. That song is currently one of the most adored tracks online and the duo is now back with something very new and unique.

Bad Manners to be a 2023 release?

Bad Manners stars Abishek Ambareesh in the lead who plays a dashing cop named 'Rudra' in the film but more importantly, fans are waiting to see how he fares in a 'Sukka Suri' world. The film was originally meant to release in June but one heard nothing from the makers' end about the same - however, one could expect an update about the release date at the earliest. Sudhir KM produces Bad Manners whose central cast also includes Rachita Ram, Priyanka Kumar, Thara, Dattanna, Sharath Lohitashwa, Kuri Prathap, Mitra and Mohan Juneja.
