The makers have released the teaser of the second song, Meri Jaan Meri Jaan, from Sajid Nadiadwala's highly awaited action-comedy after the nasty and deadly Maarkhayegaa, which introduced spectators to the protagonist, Akshay Kumar, as Bachchhan Paandey.

The single promises "bhaukaal bhari mohabbat" with Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon's explosive chemistry set against gorgeous visuals. The romantic song, sung by B Praak and composed by Jaani, was choreographed by Ganesh Acharya and shot in scenic Rajasthan locations.

On March 1, 2022, the song Meri Jaan Meri Jaan will be released for audiences to enjoy. The makers dropped the teaser today.

Akshay and Kriti are reuniting after Housefull 4. Reports have it that Bachchhan Paandey is the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil film, Jigarthanda

In the film, Myra (Kriti Sanon), an aspiring director, wants to make a film about the mafia. Bachchan Pandey (Akshay Kumar), a violent criminal, is her choice. Her covert attempts to conduct research on him, however, fail when she is discovered snooping on him.

Amaal Malik, Jaani, Vikram Montrose, and Roy composed the film's soundtrack, while Kumaar, Jaani, Farhad Bhiwandiwala, Vikram Montrose, and Azeem Dayani wrote the lyrics. Julius Packiam composed the film's background score.

The trailer for Bachchhan Paandey, directed by Farhad Samji and starring Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Abhimanyu Singh, and Jacqueline Fernandez, has received an incredible response.

Fernandez has an extended cameo appearance as she plays Akshay's lover, who gets killed in the film.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Bachchhan Paandey was originally scheduled to be released on December 25, 2020, but was pushed back to January 22, 2021.
