Strolling down memory lane, the young actor remembered how the father and son duo knew each other the best. Describing some tough moments when it’s difficult to sail through life, the Qala actor also reminisced about the time when waiting for his father’s return from shoot days looked hard, but now the wait is as painful as ever after his demise with no return.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Babil Khan shared a long sentimental post to reflect on his deep bond with his late father, Irrfan Khan. He also reminisced over their best moments, from script readings to being called out in his unforgettable ecstatic voice. Sharing the nostalgia in a poetic way, The Railway Men actor wrote, “It’s easy to say, to miss him, it’s easy. It’s easy to be cathartic and cry about losing him. It’s easy. Do you know what is hard? To remember the ecstasy in his voice when he would raise it in exaltation to scream “BABILUUUU!!!"
In the picture, versatile late actor Irrfan Khan is seen spending some quality time with Babil as the duo stand on a boat in cozy jackets and stare at the scenic beauty.
Babil Khan further expressed a stinging desire for his unfulfilled desire of that last year and thanked his father for giving him the valuable life lessons for sailing through the shore. “I wish I could have one last dance with you. And to tell you, without your lessons, I never would have survived,” a part of his caption wrote.
