Azaad box office collection day 4: Rasha Thadani and Aaman Devgan-starrer fails to impress, earns less than Rs 1 crore

Azaad box office collection day 4: Rasha Thadani and Aaman Devgan made their Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor's Azaad. While Rasha and Aaman play the lead roles, Ajay Devgn is an important part of the film. While Aaman is Ajay's nephew, Rasha is the daughter of Raveena Tandon. Unfortunately, Azaad failed to impress as it opened to mixed feedback from the critics and masses. After an underwhelming start, the film witnessed a significant drop in its collection on day 4.

Azaad box office report day 4

Rasha and Aaman's movie Azaad opened at Rs 1.5 crore at the box office. It collected the same amount on day two. The Abhishek Kapoor witnessed slight growth in its collection on day 3. The film minted Rs 1.85 crore. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Azaad earned less than Rs 1 crore on day four. It collected approximately Rs 0.53 crore.

Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, Azaad features Rasha as Janaki and Aaman as Govind. As for Ajay, he is seen as Vikram while Diana Penty plays the role of Kesar. Mohit Malik, on the other hand, essays the character of Tej. Once the film's theatrical run ends, Azaad will soon be available for streaming on Netflix. Its OTT release date has not been announced yet.

Aaman Devgan on Kajol's advice before his debut

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Aaman Devgan revealed the advice he received from Kajol before his Bollywood debut 

"I think, more than giving me direct advice, she’s guided me just by being herself. She’s so much fun and has such a positive energy. Anytime I’m sad or feeling low about something, I just go and sit in her room. And my mood instantly changes. I feel like what she’s taught me through her actions is that there’s no reason to ever be sad because everyone only gets one life," he revealed.
