Avinash Tiwary is riding high on the positive feedback to his film Madgaon Express. He starred alongside Pratik Gandhi and Divyenndu in the Kunal Kemmu directorial. Not just the audience, but several Bollywood celebrities also enjoyed watching the film on the big screen. In an interview, Avinash revealed how Ranbir Kapoor reacted after watching Madgaon Express. The Animal star gave a warm hug to Avinash and appreciated his film.
Ranbir Kapoor's reaction to Madgaon Express
In an interview with News18, Avinash Tiwary revealed that Ranbir Kapoor came with a certain energy towards him after the first screening of Madgaon Express was over. Revealing how the Animal star reacted, Tiwary mentioned, "He hugged me and said, ‘Kya super hit film banaaya hai tum logo ne! Bas phaad diya hai. Don’t listen to anyone for the first two to three days because this will have longevity beyond the Mondays and the Fridays.’"
The Madgaon Express actor added that he felt nice to see how happy and excited Ranbir was for the entire team. Avinash further revealed how his Laila Majnu co-star Triptii Dimri reacted to the good response he received for the film.
"Triptii messaged me saying that she heard some amazing things about me and that she’s really happy for me," revealed Avinash. He added the actress reached out to him when the film was receiving a good response. And he did the same when her film Animal hit the big screen.
Madgaon Express star cast and OTT partner!
Meanwhile, the star cast of Madgaon Express also includes Nora Fatehi. When Kunal had thought of making the film, he did think of playing one of the boys in the film. However, he ended up having Divyenndu, Pratik and Avinash on board for the movie. As far as the film's OTT release is concerned, no date has been announced yet. But it is confirmed that Madgaon Express will drop on Amazon Prime Video.
