Avatar series is one of the most loved series globally with a huge fanbase. The first film of the series was released in 2009 and went on to become the highest-grossing film of all time. Its record was broken by Avengers: Endgame in 2019. To add a feather to the hat, Avatar was nominated for nine awards at the 82nd Academy Awards, winning three, and received numerous other accolades.

Soon after the success of Avatar, the makers of the film decided to turn the film into a franchise model. The second part of the series was released theatrically in 2022 titled, Avatar: The Way of Water. This film also minted crores of rupees at the box office despite the prevalence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The third part of the film is slated to be released next year, followed by Avatar 4 in 2026 and Avatar 5 in 2028.

And now, in a fresh development, the makers of the series have decided to bless your feeds and make your day on cloud nine. The makers of the film have decided to release the second part of the series Avatar: The Way of Water on Disney Plus Hotstar on June 7.

The crux of the storyline is simple yet presented in a refined way.
