Attack: John Abraham shares the best compliment he received for his film with Jacqueline Fernandez

John Abraham is one of the top action heroes of the country and he proved his prowess again with his recent action film, Attack. The sci-fi action film, which is based on the story by the actor, had a theatrical run early this year and now it is available to stream on the OTT platform, ZEE5. Also starring Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh, Prakash Raj and Ratna Pathak Shah, it tells the story of an army officer Arjun (John) who turns into a supersoldier to help save lives in the times of war. 

The film opened to fairly positive reviews. A part of the OTTplay review reads, "Attack is probably John's best film so far. It is entertaining in action or otherwise. It is grand in all sense and will leave you with a smile."

John, who is currently basking in the glory of the success of his film, shares the best compliment he has received for the film. He says in his statement, "The action was best ever seen in Hindi Cinema that's the best compliment I received. Second, As a producer you have produced a fantastic film. You have made this happen. The concept is just so different and JA Entertainment always stands for something that is different."

Directed by Lakshya Raj Anand and written by Lakshya along with Sumit Batheja and Vishal Kapoor based on John's story, the film was especially praised for its performances, action and VFX. The cinematography is by Will Humphris, P. S. Vinod and Soumik Mukherjee and the film is edited by Aarif Sheikh. It is produced by Jayantilal Gada, Ajay Kapoor and Bhaumik Gondaliya. 

On the work front, John is currently gearing up for Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, and Ek Villain 2 with Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani, Tara Sutaria and Aditya Roy Kapur, among others.
