Attack: John Abraham shares note thanking fans for appreciating his film; Abhishek Bachchan reacts

The trailer of John Abraham’s Attack had moviegoers talking, thanks to its futuristic premise. The movie however, failed to impress the fans following its release, receiving mixed reviews. John Abraham has now shared a gratitude note to the fans. 

Taking to social media, Abraham thanked the fans for whatever appreciation the film has received. “Whatever appreciation we have received for this film, a big THANK YOU to the audience for accepting something that's new and different.” he wrote. 

Abraham called Attack “an honest and humble experiment” that has tried to give the Indian film industry “something refreshing”. The movie features him as a modified super-soldier and is based on the idea that future wars will be fought on technology and artificial intelligence.

The actor-producer also said that it was a challenge to get through three COVID-19 waves, but he completely owns the movie and is proud of it. 

Abhisekh Bachchan, who has worked with Abraham in Dostana, took to the comment section of the post, to give a message to John Abraham. “More power to you, Baba.” wrote the actor, whose film Dasvi released on Netflix today. 

“The action begins as soon as the film starts and it is on point too. The visuals are grand and clear, which makes the action the best part of the movie. Slow-motion action really works when it comes to this film.” reads the movie’s review on OTTplay.  

Co-written and directed by Lakshya Raj Anand, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh, Prakash Raj, Ratna Pathak Shah and Elham Ehsaas are also part of the movie’s cast. Attack is backed by Abraham's JA Entertainment, Pen Studios and Ajay Kapoor's Kyta Productions.
