Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul announce first pregnancy: 'Our beautiful blessing is coming soon'

Actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul tied the knot on January 23, 2023, at Suniel Shetty's Khandala farmhouse. Today, November 8, the couple announced that they are going to embrace parenthood for the first time. They shared a heartwarming post on their social media accounts.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul made a collaborative post on Instagram and shared a picture to announce their first pregnancy. The text on the picture read, "Our beautiful blessing is coming soon 2025" 

The couple is over the moon as they are going to be parents for the first time. They captioned the post with a white heart."

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul had an elegant wedding ceremony at Suniel Shetty's Khandala residence on January 23 in 2023. 

Athiya shared the gorgeous pictures on her social media handle.In the snaps, the bride can be seen posing with her husband. She captioned her post, " “In your light, I learn how to love…” Today, with our most loved ones, we got married in the home that’s given us immense joy and serenity. With a heart full of gratitude and love, we seek your blessings on this journey of togetherness. (sic)."

KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty made their relationship public during IPL 2020. Since then, the couple has been quite outspoken and outgoing with their relationship. 

Recently, KL Rahul shared a special post celebrating his wife's 32nd birthday. Sharing some romantic and goofy pictures, the cricketer wrote, "My craziee birthday baby" followed by red heart, kiss, and infinity sign emojis.

Meanwhile, Athiya made her acting debut alongside Sooraj Pancholi in Hero in 2015. She has done films like Mubarakan and Motichoor Chaknachoor. Reportedly, she will be next seen in Hope Solo, which is footballer Afshan Ashiq’s upcoming biopic film.
