The makers of the Malayalam film, Adios Amigo, unveiled an update about its theatrical release. The comedy drama is all set to hit the big screen on August 2. The release date was revealed in a new poster that was shared by the cast and crew recently.
The movie's posters made it seem as though the story is taking place in Thiruvananthapuram. Additionally, it featured Asif Ali in an outfit that he never donned in his professional life.
The script was written by Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha-fame Thankam, and the film is directed by debutante Nahas Nazar. In this movie, notable actors Shine Tom Chacko, Ganapathy, Althaf Salim, Jinu Joseph, Salim Hassan, Anagha, Muthumani, and Riaa Saira have prominent roles. The producer recently disclosed to a media outlet that the movie was shot in 58 days. Asif Ali shot for the movie despite having an injury and being told to rest in bed by the doctor. The film has been funded by Ashiq Usman.
Thalavan, Asif's most recent film, is doing well in theatres. On June 26, his next movie, Level Cross, is scheduled to open in theatres. Abhyanthara Kuttavali, Kishkindha Kandam, and Tiki Taka are the other projects that are in varying stages of development. By year's end, these are also anticipated to be released on the big screen.
Suraj, on the other hand, will next be seen with Biju Menon in the family entertainer Nadanna Sambhavam. He is also in Thekku Vadakku, directed by Prem Shankar, and Nissam Basheer's next directorial. In addition, the actor is making his Tamil debut in Veera Dheera Sooran, directed by SU Arun Kumar and starring Vikram in the lead role. Disney+ Hotstar will stream Nagendran's Honeymoons, his web series. Based on the show's tagline and first look poster, Suraj's portrayal of Nagendran and his five wives is most likely the subject of the project.
