Ashish Vidyarthi’s ex mother-in-law, Shakuntala Barua talks about his marriage

Ashish Vidyarthi tied the knot in Kolkata on Thursday. At the age of 60, he got married to Rupali Barua from Assam. His former wife Piloo Vidyarthi clarified that there has been no ‘bitterness’ between the two of them and they parted ways amicably. 

Why did they divorce? Ashish's former mother-in-law, actress Shakuntala Barua, commented on this. She told Anandabazar Online that she never saw them fighting in their married life. She said that she worried about her daughter, but knew that her daughter was doing well. She said that Ashish was a good boy. She also blessed him. She said that both of them were adults, and did not talk to her before making the decision. 

Actress and singer Rajoshi Barua, aka Piloo, posted on social media, where she did not name anyone but made some allusions. She wrote, “Please remember that someone close to you will never ask you what you want to say. They will never do anything that hurts you.” In another post, she wrote, “Let extra tension and doubts go away from your mind. May your life be filled with calmness. May you start afresh with God's blessing. You deserve it.”
