Film’s plot:
First things first. The film’s maker needs to be applauded for not just having thought of making such a film, but also having the conviction to make the film. Just like Vicky Donor, Dream Girl too followed the unconventional path and became a huge success.
The film revolves around the life story of Karam (Aayushman Khurana), who is best known and is famous for his ability to act and speak like a female. Thanks to this unique talent, he gets a job at a call centre where he gets the ‘job’ of a fantasy booster / entertainer. All that he had to do was to keep engaging the caller on the phone, which eventually became his employer’s main source of income.
When Karam becomes ‘Miss Pooja’, a whole lot of unsuspecting people get attracted towards the voice so much so that it becomes a daily addiction to them. Will Param ever be able to attain his original odnetity and what happens to his job is what forms the rest of the film.

Even in the film, when Mudit and Sugandha decide to get physical, the former makes his situation understandable before the latter with the help of a tea and biscuit, which he dips inside. What happens after that is what forms the rest of the interesting film.
