As Ustaad Bhagat Singh wraps up another schedule, Pawan Kalyan fans demand release date announcement

Despite Pawan Kalyan’s busy schedule in the middle of a heated political campaign in Andhra Pradesh, he’s still managing time for film shoots without disappointing directors and producers. He’s currently wrapping up his portions for two much-awaited films - Ustaad Bhagat Singh and OG, while Hari Hara Veera Mallu is set to resume shoot in a few weeks.

A key schedule of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, the Telugu remake of Vijay and Atlee’s action entertainer Theri, was completed earlier this week. Sharing the news, the director Harish Shankar wrote, “Done with the most important and intense part of #UstaadBhagatSingh. Kudos to @PawanKalyan gaaru for an exploding performance watch out this space for more !!”

As soon as the filmmaker posted the update, he was bombarded with requests surrounding the release date of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, with many fans suggesting him to push for a Sankranthi 2024 release (which however remains unlikely). Moreover, they’re hoping that the film recreates the magic of Gabbar Singh, the actor and director’s earlier hit collaboration (a remake of Dabanng).

Ustaad Bhagat Singh marks the return of noted production designer Anand Sai into films again while Ayananka Bose (who worked with Harish Shankar for Duvvada Jagannadham previously) is the cinematographer. Sreeleela plays the female lead in the project with Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, KGF fame Avinash, Gauthami, Narra Srinu, Naga Mahesh, and Temper Vamsi playing key roles too.

Several crucial updates surrounding the film will be shared by the team in the coming days. Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni are bankrolling the film under Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad scores the music. C Chandramohan is another writer working on the film while noted filmmaker Dasaradh pens the screenplay. Chota K Prasad is the editor; Ram-Laxman supervise the stunts.
