The actress also penned a tribute to the film and her character in an Instagram post.

Calling the film one of the first projects he did that revolved around a social issue, the actor called the film a ‘milestone’ in his career and also thanked the cast and crew of the project as well.

The National Award winning film was written and directed by Sharat Katariya and also featured Sanjay Mishra and Seema Pahwa in pivotal roles.
