BRO is one of the most memorable films in Sai Dharam Tej's career, as he shared screen space with his superstar uncle, Pawan Kalyan, for the first time. The fantasy drama was directed by Samuthirakani, who also made the original Vinodhaya Sitham, which came out on OTT in Tamil.
BRO, on the other hand, was a massive theatrical release in Telugu and came out on July 28, 2023. Star director Trivikram penned the screenplay and dialogues for the film. We all know that Sai Dharam Tej underwent a massive accident and was out of action for over seven months. BRO was the first film he shot after his accident and did a passable job in his role of Mark.
But a section of the critics and audience felt that Sai Tej was struggling in his role and had put on oodles of weight. So, as BRO is all set for its OTT release, Sai Tej has taken a major decision now. We have come to know that Sai Tej will take a six months gap and work on his body and diction.
The news also is that Tej will head to the US for a small action course. Though this news is yet to be confirmed, it has caught on all over. Sai Dharam plays a family man in BRO who passes away and meets the Time God played by Pawan Kalyan. The chemistry between Sai Dharam Tej and Pawan Kalyan was one of the highlights of BRO.
On the other hand, Netflix has bagged the OTT rights of BRO and the fantasy drama will be streaming online from August 25, 2023. The makers have also added the deleted scenes for the digital screening.
