Anushka Sharma penned heartwarming note on social media after India won T20 World Cup. The actress congratulated her husband and cricketer Virat Kohli.

Anushka Sharma has always been a cheerleader for her husband and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. After the Indian cricket team won the T20 World Cup, the Bollywood actress penned a heartwarming note on her official Instagram account. Anushka congratulated Team India and revealed her daughter Vamika's biggest concern for the cricketers. As Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and others cried on the field, Vamika was worried who would hug them.
India won the T20 World Cup against South Africa. It was a nail-bitting game with Team India winning the match by 7 runs. As soon as the news of this victory broke, Anushka took to her IG handle and shared her thoughts.
"Our daughter’s biggest concern was if all the players had someone to hug them after she saw them cry on tv….. Yes, My darling, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people (sic)," wrote Sharma. Anushka further called this win a phenomenal victory and a legendary achievement. She congratulated Indian cricketers and termed them 'champions'.
Anushka further dedicated a post to her husband and Indian cricketer Virat. The actress mentioned, "AND ….. I love this man virat.kohli . So grateful to call you my home - now go have a glass of sparkling water for me to celebrate this ! (sic)."
Anushka Sharma got married to Virat Kohli in 2017. Four years into their marriage, the star couple was blessed with their first child, daughter Vamika Kohli. Earlier this year, Anushka and Virat welcomed their second child, a baby boy Akaay Kohli. Since the beginning, the couple has ensured to keep their kids away from the media glare.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka was last seen in Aanand L Rai's Zero. She shared screen space with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the 2018 film. However, the movie didn't do well at the box office. Next, she will be seen in Netflix's Chakda Xpress.
