Anupama: Namaste America's promo takes you back in 'Anupamaa' Rupali Ganguly, 'Vanraj' Sudhanshu Pandey's life 17 years ago

The highly anticipated prequel of Anupamaa is all set to release on Desney+ Hotstar soon. Makers have unveiled a promo of Anupama- Namaste America, which stars Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey and Gaurav Khanna, who are reprising their characters from the Star Plus show and the Mahadev fame Puja Banerjee as the newest addition.

The latest promo begins with a few neighbours asking Vanraj (Sudhanshu) who will take care of the kids when Anupamaa will go to America. Meanwhile, the protagonist's mother-in-law tells everyone that a father can take care of children as well, hence Vanraj will take care of the kids. 

Anupamaa appreciates her mother-in-law's support and says thanks to her in a significant gesture. Along with the promo video, the makers also unveiled the date of release on the show. "What aspired Anupamaa to go to America 17 years ago?" says the narrator from the background in the video.

The OTT giant also took the video to their official IG handle and shared it with a beautiful caption that reads, "Wohi Anupama. Par kahani ekdum nayi. Jaanne ke liye dekhiye, Hotstar Specials Anupama: Namaste America streaming from April 25. (sic)."

Meanwhile, according to the makers, Anupamaa will go to the US for her one and only dream to participate in and win a dance competition as according to the show she is a trained classical dancer.

The upcoming prequel, which also features Alpana Buch, Arvind Vaidya and Paras Kalnwat, has been directed and produced by Rajan Shahi.

Anupama: Namaste America is all set to release on Disney+ Hotstar on April 25.
