The makers of Nayanthara's 75th film, Annapoorani - The Goddess of Food, have unveiled character posters for lead actor Jai, along with actors KS Ravikumar, Sathyaraj, Karthik Kumar, Suresh Chakravarthy, Redin Kingsley, Sacchu, and Renuka. The film, helmed by Nilesh Krishnaa, is set to release in theatres on December 1.

Zee Studios South took to their social media handles to introduce Sacchu as Subbulakshmi Paati, Renuka as Saradha, and Suresh Chakravarthy as Chef Suman. These are Nayanthara's family members in Annapoorani - The Goddess of Food.
The makers also introduced the male lead, Jai as Farhaan with a charming poster from the Nayathara starrer.
The other posters are of Redin Kingsley as Chinto Chin, Karthik as Chef Ashwin, KS Ravikumar as Arusuvai Annamalai, and Sathyaraj as Chef Anand Sundarrajan.
The posters look promising and interesting, hinting at a 'fun, food-filled' entertainer.
Nayanthara plays a food enthusiast in Annapoorani
The first glimpse of Annapoorani featured Nayanthara’s character reading an academic book in what seems to be a conservative household. As the camera zooms in on the book, it becomes evident that she is actually reading a cookbook. The sneak-peek video hinted that Annapoorani centres around Nayanthara's characters’ love for food and cooking .

Making his directorial debut with Annapoorani - The Goddess of Food, Nilesh Krishnaa has set the film in Chennai and Trichy. Thaman S has scored the musif for the film. Praveen Antony is in charge of the editing, while Sathyan Sooryan handles the cinematography. Zee Studios, Naad Studios, and Trident Arts are in charge of producing the movie.
Nayanthara has a slew of upcoming projects
The Jawan star, called the Lady Superstar, has been busy with the shooting of her film Mannangatti Since 1960, which is directed by YouTuber Dude Vicky. He makes his debut in the film industry with this film. Other cast members of the film include Yogi Babu, Devadarshini, Gouri Kishan, and Narendra Prasath. The film's shooting commenced in Kodaikanal and is progressing at a swift pace.
Nayanthara will also be seen in Sashikanth's Test, in which she teams up with R Madhavan and Siddharth. The team released her first-look poster on her birthday (November 18).
