Ankush on speculations about Mirza: Promises can be delayed, not broken

Bengali actor Ankush intended to step into film production with his ambitious project, Mirza. The cast, plot, director, and other arrangements were made when Ankush parted ways with another producer – Nextgen Ventures. The film planning got postponed after their drift. 

However, the film is back to making headlines once again. On Friday, the actor took to his social media and wrote, “To all our well-wishers and extended family, Since a lot of speculations are being made about the film Mirza, I would like to inform you that any information about this film will be considered official and authentic only when it is announced by our team. The title and the story are officially registered under the banner ‘Ankush Hazra Motion Pictures’. Hence, to our beloved audience, I would request you not to entertain any misleading or Fake information about Mirza. Promises can be delayed, not broken. See you soon. Love you all.”

According to several reports, rumours are being spread about the film. It is being said that the film will not be made. In an interview with Anandabazar, Ankush said that a certain group of people has been spreading rumours that the actor will be replaced. 

He further said that the rumour mongers even said that director Sumit Sahil had joined them. “These people have even approached new upcoming actors and actresses for the film,” he said.
