It looks like Superstar Rajinikanth's Jailer is going to be a cracker of sorts. According to the film's composer Anirudh Ravichander's tweet, Jailer is not only a firecracker, but will be a winner at the box office as well. He hinted at the same using emojis in his tweet. Anirudh is not someone who usually reviews his own films and this is a first from the music director, and hence, his review has instantly taken the internet by storm.

The team had recently dropped the showcase from the film, which has already set the internet on fire. Rajinikanth is fondly called Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in the film and is seen in a mass avatar, who doesn't talk after a point, but only slash. Rajinikanth is seen all guns blazing in his new avatar and his look and dialogues are already a hit on social media.

A number of celebrities have taken to their social media handles to talk about the showcase. Leo director Lokesh Kanagaraj wrote,"#JailerShowcase @rajinikanth thalaivar in fiery mode! An absolute bliss All the best darlings @Nelsondilpkumar @anirudhofficial and @kvijaykartik, my hearty wishes to the entire cast and crew (sic)."

Jailer marks Rajinikanth's maiden collaboration with director Nelson Dilipkumar. This is Anirudh's third project with the Superstar after Petta and Darbar.

Jailer stars Rajinikanth, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Mohanlal, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Tamanaah, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, Redin Kingsley, Vinayakan, Jaffer Sadiq, VTV Ganesh to name a few. While the cinematography is by Vijay Karthik Kannan, editing is by R Nirmal.

The film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures. The FDFS of the film in Tamil Nadu is at 9am in Tamil Nadu. However, the film will have earlier shows in Karnataka and Kerala. This news has come as a disappointment for Rajinikanth fans, who are likely to travel to the neighbouring states to catch the FDFS there.
