Animal has turned out to a box office winner! Within three days of its theatrical release, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga film has set the cash register ringing. It became Ranbir Kapoor's biggest opener with a collection of ₹63.80 crore. As far as the global box collection is concerned, the movie got an opening of ₹116 crore.
On day 3, Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna's film crossed ₹350 crore mark at the worldwide box office.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film Animal is on its way to becoming one of the highest-grossing films of 2023. In its first weekend, the revenge drama minted ₹356 crore at the worldwide box office.
Meanwhile, Animal's domestic collection stands at ₹201.76 crore. The film has witnessed growth at the box office after day 1. It remains to be seen which BO records the movie will shatter in the coming days, based on how it performs. And while the Ranbir Kapoor starrer has performed exceedingly well, Sam Bahadur is slowly gaining momentum. Both movies clashed on December 1, 2023.

Apart from Ranbir and Rashmika, the film featured Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Anil played the role of Ranbir's father, Balbir Singh while Bobby was seen as the antagonist, Abraar. Shakti Kapoor and Siddhant Karnick, too, had important parts to play in the film.
What's next for Ranbir Kapoor?
Ranbir had two theatrical releases this year. The actor was seen in Tu Jhooti Main Makkar with Shraddha Kapoor. Directed by Luv Ranjan, the movie released in cinemas on March 8, 2023. As of today, his film, Animal, is enjoying a glorious theatrical run.
Next, the actor has not signed any new project yet. Ranbir has decided to take a break and spend more time with his family, including his daughter Raha.
