Animal poster: Alia Bhatt adds fire to the buzz surrounding Ranbir Kapoor's stylish look

It came as a surprise to many on Monday when the makers of Animal dropped an official poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor from the film. In no time, the poster went instantly viral on the Internet and made netizens go gaga over the anticipated film of the year. Among the reactions, there was one sweet one, which came from none other than Ranbir's wife and actor Alia Bhatt.

Alia took to her Instagram story and shared the poster featuring Ranbir. With that, the National Award-winning actor wrote, "Oh hi!" along with cool and fire emojis.

The stylish poster

The poster features Ranbir donning a super cool look, wearing an electric blue suit with blue-tinted sunglasses. He is seen smoking a cigarette and holding a lighter in his hand. Along with the poster, the makers also announced that the teaser for Animal will be unveiled on September 28, Ranbir's birthday.

A glimpse into the intriguing plot

Talking about Animal, it's a gangster film about a problematic father-son relationship that ultimately turns the protagonist into a psychopath, set against the backdrop of horrific brutality in the underworld.

Animal is a Sandeep Reddy Vanga film (he also edited and penned the screenplay) for T-Series and Cine1 Studios. Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri also star in the movie.

Ranbir Kapoor's transformation for the film

This is the second outing of Vanga in Bollywood after the blockbuster Kabir Singh, which hit the big screen in 2019. The film marks the first big screen outing of Ranbir with Anil, Bobby, Rashmika, and Triptii. The actor has been sporting different looks for the film, from going clean-shaven to donning a full beard and long hairdo.
