Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal has taken the box office by storm. Within three days of its release, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga film has earned over ₹200 crores.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, is unstoppable at the box office. The film has turned out to be a money spinner at the ticket window. Within two days of its theatrical release, Animal entered the ₹100 crore club. And now, the movie has continued its winning streak in cinemas. On day 3, as per Sacnilk, the Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer minted approximately ₹72.50 crore.

Animal has set the cash register ringing since the day it was released. After 3 days of its theatrical run, the film has collected around ₹202.57 crore. Needless to say, this Ranbir Kapoor film has shattered several box office records. Kapoor got his biggest opening film in the form of Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial.

Meanwhile, OTTplay reviewed Animal and the film was given a 2.5-star rating. In the review, it was mentioned, "If violence takes centre stage in Animal, the screenplay conveniently tries to drive from the backseat. The film promises a faltering relationship between a father and son, but that's not the case when it comes to displaying it on screen. The failed relationship is hardly explored and that becomes too jarring to follow, but Vanga makes sure he covers it up by slashing people left, right, and centre."

Animal is Sandeep's second Bollywood film after Kabir Singh, which featured Shahid Kapoor in the lead role. Apart from Ranbir and Rashmika, the star cast of the film included Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Shakti Kapoor, Sidhdant Karnick, and others.
The movie locked horns with Sam Bahadur at the box office. However, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer remained unfazed as Animal is enjoying its glorious run at the ticket window. On the other hand, the Vicky Kaushal film is slowly gaining momentum at the BO.
