Animal - Bobby Deol's limited presence in Ranbir Kapoor starrer leaves fans disheartened; Twitter buzzes with mixed reactions

Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol's revenge drama, Animal, finally hit theatres earlier today (December 1). Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna also play prominent parts in the film. Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the film's director, and it focuses on the dysfunctional relationship between a father and son. Ranbir is the traumatised, irate son, while Anil plays the emotionally distant father.

Bobby Deol, who plays Abrar Haque, Ranbir's (Ranvijay Singh) rival, has quite the fan following on X (earlier known as Twitter). And what has gotten everyone's goat is that Bobby appears on screen for a meagre 10-15 minutes in the movie; he is not even introduced in the first half of the movie.

Despite his limited screen time, Twitterati have been lauding Bobby's performance, but many are disappointed that he wasn't given the spotlight that he deserved. Some even believe that Lord Bobby has been wasted in Animal.
