Ranbir Kapoor is currently gearing up for the release of his most-talked-about film, Animal. The newly released trailer excited fans and audiences and created a buzz of excitement. The film, which is helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is portrayed as being raw, aggressive, and brutal.
The Central Board of Film Certification has given the movie an "A" rating. On Sunday, November 26, advance bookings for Animal opened in India. The movie is predicted to make Rs 50 crore on its opening day, which would make it the highest opening of Ranbir's career, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. Koimoi reports that since advance bookings started in the US, the film has only sold 3,200 tickets for 206 sites.
Ranbir's biggest box office opener could be Animal. Sanju, which debuted with Rs 34 crore at the box office, and Brahmastra, which made Rs 36 crore on its first day at the box office, are his two highest openings to date.
Kabir Singh, a Vanga film, earned Rs 20 crore on its first day and around Rs 280 crore in India. It continues to be actor Shahid Kapoor's greatest solo hit.
Ranbir Kapoor recalls reacting to the Animal script-reading session
He admitted that he was momentarily left speechless when the plot was narrated to him. Pursuing solitude in the bathroom, he looked into the mirror, questioning if he could genuinely portray the role. Even if the character isn't overtly sinister, Kapoor highlighted that it's new ground for him.
About Animal
In the eagerly anticipated film, Animal, Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga collaborate for the first time. The project is much anticipated because of the outstanding ensemble cast, which includes Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, and many others.
With Rashmika as Ranbir's life partner, the recently released trailer teases a story that deftly entwines the intricacies of a father-son relationship. The soul-stirring ballad Arjan Vailly, which the production team offered the audience a few days ago, has been well received, as have other musical treasures like Hua Main, Satranga, and Papa Meri Jaan.
