Anil Kapoor has finished filming the eagerly anticipated Indian adaptation of The Night Manager. On wrapping up the series, the actor posted a never-before-seen photo of himself on the set as Shailendra Rungta on his Instagram page.

Kapoor captioned his post as "And #TheNightManagerofIndia is off duty! #Thatsawrap for Shailendra Rungta a.k.a Shelly! Based on: The Night Manager; by John le Carre. @the_ink_factory_ @disneyplushotstar @banijayasia @adityaroykapur @sobhitad @sandeipm @picsofpinks @jasper_ben."

Internet users gushed over Kapoor's dapper appearance in the post, and even close friend Karan Johar called him "Rocker," while his co-star in The Night Manager, Sobhita Dhulipala, wrote, "Shelly, beloved."

In the spy thriller, The Night Manager, a covert operative and a mysterious arms dealer engage in a frantic cat-and-mouse chase. Tom Hiddleston is the star of the 2016 original series. Hugh Laurie's original part will be taken on by Anil in the Indian adaptation.

Sobhita Dhulipala and Aditya Roy Kapur are also featured in the cast. The first British television series was a huge hit all over the world and won several prizes at the 74th Golden Globe Awards. The upcoming series will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar.

After Captain, Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor will resume production on Sandeep Reddy Vanga's mafia drama Animal. Alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, he begins production on Viacom18's aerial action movie Fighter in October.

Anil Kapoor Film Company's as of yet untitled biography of competitive shooter Abhinav Bindra, the first Indian to win an individual Olympic gold medal, is in full gear during pre-production. Kapoor will portray Apjit, Bindra's father. In the movie, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor will play Abhinav.

In the second of two back-to-back films Kapoor made for the streaming service after AK vs. AK, Thar, which was a Netflix original, Harsh Varrdhan co-starred with his father.

The Mr. India actor told Variety that he knows several folks who have given both of these movies positive reviews and love from all over the world. And certain directors whose work he respects and admires have praised and adored both movies.

Anil Kapoor is definitely one of the busiest actors in Bollywood right now.
