Amy Jackson shares BTS video of Arun Vijay's Mission - Chapter 1; here’s all about this action film

Actress Amy Jackson has shared the behind-the-scenes video of her upcoming film Mission: Chapter 1- Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye. The film, which is set to release in theatres on January 12, also features Arun Vijay and Nimisha Sajayan in lead roles.

“So much love to you ‘Silva - THE ACTION MASTER’ and to your entire stunt team for helping me perfect the choreography and really embrace the character,” Amy wrote in a social media post. She is playing a cop named Sandra James in the film.

A L Vijay has directed the film, which is bankrolled by Subaskaran Allirajah, M Rajashekar, S Swathi, Surya Vamsi Prasad Kotha and Jeevan Kotha. This is the actress’ ninth Tamil film and the third collaboration with director Vijay, following Arya’s Madrasapattinam and Vikram’s Thaandavam. She was last seen in Rajinikanth's science fantasy action film 2.0 in 2018.

G V Prakash Kumar has composed the soundtracks for Mission: Chapter 1- Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye. Ali Hassan, Bharat Bopana, and Iyal are also among the supporting cast of this action film, which was shot in Chennai and London. Anthony is the editor of this movie.

According to sources, the film revolves around an Indian man who is imprisoned in London while on a mission. He eventually starts a riot to get out and see his daughter, but later on, someone uses the latter as bait to blackmail him into finishing the mission.

The trailer of Mission: Chapter 1- Achcham Enbadhu Illaiye, which was released on January 5, hints at an intense action film with gripping sequences.

Arun Vijay’s upcoming project

The actor will be seen playing the lead role in Bala’s Vanangaan, opposite Roshni Prakash. The first poster of the film, giving a glimpse of Arun Vijay’s character, was released in September last year. Suriya was originally cast as the movie's lead, but the actor left the project later. Bala and Suresh Kamatchi are producing the film under the banner of B Studios and V House Productions.
