And one of the most recurring names in this search for the director of 'Yash 19' is 'Geetu Mohandas', the filmmaker credited with two acclaimed films, Liar's Dice and Moothon.

Reportedly, Geetu Mohandas, who is also a popular actor in Malayalam cinema, is said to be in talks with Rocking Star Yash for quite some time. And should things fall in place at the earliest, according to recent reports, one could expect the grand announcement to be made in a couple of weeks from now. When quizzed about what she was developing, Geetu Mohandas refrains from giving away too much but still obliges to share that she was working on a "gangster film with a female gaze". She would then add that she was "done with" the prep of the film and was "looking to get things rolling pretty soon".

Needless to say, the video snippet circulating on social media has got everyone's attention, with many hoping that she is, or was, referring to a film that Yash has now come to be associated with. The idea that she is, indeed, speaking of the same film is a little far-fetched, to be honest, but one does revel in hope, don't they?
