Amaran Telugu box office collection day 5: Sivakarthikeyan film in profit zone, rakes in big numbers

Amaran is a smash hit at the box office, having grossed Rs 140 crore already. Sivakarthikeyan is at the top of his game with this film's success, which also stars Sai Pallavi as the female lead. Amaran was released in Telugu during the Diwali weekend as well.

Amaran latest box office collections in Telugu

Much of the focus was on Lucky Baskhar and KA, the two major Diwali releases in Telugu. However, Amaran has surprised everyone with its strong performance in the Telugu states. The day-one collections proved that when the content is strong, audiences will flock to theaters to watch the film. 

In just five days of its run, Amaran has grossed close to Rs 14 crore in Telugu markets—a remarkable achievement that underscores its success. Sivakarthikeyan doesn’t have a huge market in Telugu, so much of the film’s success is attributed to Sai Pallavi’s popularity, which is undeniable.

Sai Pallavi’s memorable performance has resonated deeply with the Telugu audience, generating positive word-of-mouth. As her role and performance became talking points, Amaran saw increased occupancy in Telugu states with each passing day. Even during weekdays, the film has maintained around 60% occupancy in major urban centers.

Hyderabad has posted the highest collections in the Telugu states, with impressive weekend numbers. Viewers have been moved emotionally, especially by the film’s climax, which has left audiences in tears.
