Amala Paul’s aha web series Kudi Yedamaithe’s first look unveiled

Amala Paul is all set to be seen in aha’s new web series titled Kudi Yedamaithe. The first look from the series was unveiled earlier on June 26. The first look was quite intriguing.

The poster of the series, which is a sci-fi crime thriller, was written in the infinity symbol, hinting that something big and unbreakable is about to happen. It is also a sign of how Amala and her co-star Rahul Vijay’s destinies might be intertwined.

The hint also comes in the form of a clock and some sticky notes, which appear with the credits.

Here’s the first look:

Amala’s character is a fierce and no nonsense cop, while Rahul is seen in the role of a delivery boy. It is interesting to note once again that their paths are connected despite no connection between their professions. How the sci-fi element creeps into the crime thriller, is also left to imagination till aha releases a few more videos about the series.

While Amala is best known for films like Aame, Naayak, Iddarammayiltho and Love Failure, Rahul has Ee Maya Peremito, Suryakantham and College Kumar to his credit.

The series, which will feature on aha, is directed by U-Turn famed filmmaker Pawan Kumar. Penned by Ram Vignesh, the series brings Amala and Rahul Vijay on-screen for the first time. People Media Factory is producing the series with aha as its distributor.

Before Kudi Yedamaithe, aha, which streams only Telugu content, had released some critically-acclaimed films like Krack, Naandhi, 11th Hour, In The Name of God, Chaavu Kaburu Challaga, Sulthan and Zombie Reddy.
