Allu Arjun rejects but Nithin accepts Dil Raju's next with Venu Sriram?

Allu Arjun is a Pan-India star now. But not many know that it was producer Dil Raju that gave Arjun his first ever hit in his career with Arya. The film was directed by Pushpa fame Sukumar. Years later, Sukumar and Allu Arjun joined hands and created history with Pushpa and the wait is now on for the sequel of the film Pushpa2.

On the other hand, Dil Raju signed Allu Arjun for a film called ICON, and Venu Sriram, the director who made Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab was roped in to direct the film. But for some reason, the project has been delayed time and again. Two years have passed away since the film was announced but Allu Arjun has not greenlit the project so far.

So, left with no choice, Dil Raju and Venu Sriram met yet another star Ram Pothineni and narrated the story. He too said yes but did not take the film on floors. The word now is that even Ram has backed out of the project. Now, we have come to know from our sources that Dil Raju has finally met star hero Nithin and has narrated the same script again.

Nithin has loved the storyline but has asked for a few changes. Once Venu Sriram is done with the changes, Nithin will once again hear the story and lock it. Dil Raju is making due plans to take the film on the floors during the time of Dussehra. As of now, Nithin has okayed two films and is now busy shooting for his new film which is an action drama. We need to see when he will take ICON on the floors.
