Manya Singh left her home at the age of 14

She left home at the age of 14, worked as a dishwasher at Pizza Hut, and at a call centre during the evenings while finishing her schooling, and she ran away from home again. Her mother even loaned her jewels to pay for her daughter's schooling and degree.

Manya's mother worked at a beauty salon to pay the bills while her father, Omprakash Singh, drove an auto-rickshaw.
