Karan Johar calls himself a 'proud nana,' wishes Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor on becoming parents of a baby girl

It's a girl! Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have finally embraced parenthood. Earlier today, the SOTY actor got admitted to Shri H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Girgaon, Mumbai. The duo finally became proud parents later in the afternoon on Sunday, November 6. The family and friends from Bollywood have shared their hearty wishes and congratulations to the Brahmastra duo.

Celebs like Karan Johar, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Kapil Sharma, Bipasha Basu, Ayushmann Khurrana and others shared Alia's latest post on their IG story and congratulated the new parents. Some of the actors and friends flooded the comment section with their wishes under Alia's latest post.

The Bollywood guru of Alia, Karan Johar, shared a lovely picture with the new parents on his official IG handle with a special note that reads, "My heart is full of love…. Welcome to the world baby girl… you have so much love waiting for you….. I love you @aliaabhatt and RK!! To the moon and back!!!! So this makes me a proud Nana!!!! (Sic)."

Anushka was one of the first celebrities to wish the couple on their latest milestone. She shared Alia's announcement post on her IG story with a sweet message that reads, "Hugest congratulations to the parents and lots of love and blessings to the baby girl."

Mommy-to-be Bipasha also took to her official Instagram handle and wish Alia and Ranbir with lots of cute emojis and an adorable message that reads, "God bless little baby girl. Congratulations Alia Bhatt and Ranbir."

Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma also congratulated the couple with a sweet message in the comment section of Alia's post that reads, "Congratulations mummy papa, this is the bestest gift of god you guys r blessed with lots of love to little princess god bless your beautiful family (sic)."
