Akshay Kumar is one of the busiest actors in the Hindi film industry, juggling multiple projects. The actor has perfected the art of juggling many projects, and he will continue to do so in the future. As per Pinkvilla, a source told us that Khiladi will collaborate for the first time with producer Dinesh Vijan. The two are currently working together on an action-packed thriller set in the Indian Air Force.
A source close to the project told the entertainment portal that the paperwork is complete, and the two are now working on scheduling the shoot. It is scheduled to hit the market in the first quarter of 2023. Akshay Kumar would play an Indian Air Force officer in the film at issue.
The source added that it's a period-based aviation film that revisits and celebrates one of the Indian Air Force's most significant victories. Work on pre-production has already begun. In a few months, the rest of the cast will be locked away.
The film is set to begin production in early 2023 for an early 2024 release, and a release date will be announced soon. The team is now considering a number of titles that are appropriate for the subject.
Before beginning work on the yet-untitled Maddock Production, Akshay Kumar is scheduled to finish projects such as the remake of Soorarai Pottru, BadeMiyan ChoteMiyan, and Gorkha, among others.
Raksha Bandhan will be the first of several Khiladi releases in the following months, followed by Ram Setu and Selfie. Oh My God 2 is also in his kitty.
Meanwhile, talking about BadeMiyan ChoteMiyan, the film is expected to begin an action series akin to Baaghi. The film is a sequel to the popular 1998 film Bade Miya Chote Miya, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda. The 1990s film, directed by David Dhawan, featured both performers in multiple roles. Akshay and Tiger will appear in the 2023 film in double roles.
