After Stree 2, Akshay Kumar to make a cameo in Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 as well? Actor spills the beans

Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 became an instant blockbuster when it was released in theatres in 2022. Besides Aaryan, the film also featured Tabu and Kiara Advani. The makers are now all set for the third installment in the successful franchise. The film became bigger and better with Vidya Balan's return in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and now there have been reports that Akshay Kumar, who headlines the first film in the franchise is all set to make an appearance in the film as well. Khiladi Kumar has now spilled the beans about the same. 

Akshay Kumar to return in Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3?

Akshay Kumar recently made a cameo appearance in Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree 2. Now, there have been rumours that the actor is also set to make a brief appearance in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. However, when the actor was asked about the same, he told Hindustan Times: "No, absolutely not. It's fake news."

This is not the first time when speculations about Kumar's involvement in the film have been doing rounds on the internet. Earlier, speaking about the same, the director of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Anees Bazmee told Zoom, “No, Akshay is not a part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. I am dying to work with him, but unfortunately, I have not been able to script a film where we could work together. In future, certainly yes.”

Talking about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the film is directed by Aneez Bazmee, who also directed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The third installment also stars Triptii Dimri, Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan, and Rajpal Yadav. The film is all set to release in theatres in Diwali, 2024. 

A couple of weeks ago, Kartik Aaryan announced that the team wrapped up the shoot. On Instagram, he shared a fun video and wrote in the caption: "‘Arey pagalo Its a Wrap for #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 Haveli ka darwaza ek baar phir khulne ke liye taiyaar ho chuka hai See you This Diwali"
