Ajith's Thunivu: Much-awaited songs, Chilla Chilla and Kaasethaan Kadavulada, from the film leaked

After a long wait, fans of Ajith were elated when makers of Thunivu announced that the first single from the movie, Chilla Chilla, will be unveiled this Friday. However, a 10-second track from the song was leaked yesterday and went viral in no time. Though many expressed disappointment over the same, a few who were impressed with the short bit were glad about the peppy number's outcome.

Some of them compared the fast-paced number to the chartbuster Aaluma Doluma from the star's 2015 film Vedalam. Interestingly, Anirudh has lent voice to both the songs.

As if this isn't enough, Kaasethaan Kadavulada, which is said to be the second single from Thunivu, has also leaked now. Vaisagh, who has penned lyrics for Chilla Chilla, has sung this track, and this peppy number, too, has received a thumbs up from Ajith fans.

They are looking forward to knowing when the second song will be officially released. The movie is said to have three songs in total, and we hear that all of them are placed as per requirements of the story. Billed as an action drama, the H Vinoth directorial has been bankrolled by Boney Kapoor.

A couple of stills featuring Ajith in a black t-shirt, too, were released on social media yesterday, leaving fans in a tizzy. The project's release date is yet to be announced. The movie, starring Manju Warrier and Samuthirakani in pivotal characters, is likely to hit the screens on either January 11 or 12.

Netflix has bagged the digital rights of Thunivu, while Red Giant has acquired its theatrical rights across Tamil Nadu. The film's Telugu version is expected to be titled as Thegimpu.
