Ajayante Randam Moshanam team unveils Krithi Shetty’s look from Tovino Thomas-starrer on her birthday

After months of keeping Telugu star Krithi Shetty’s look from Tovino Thomas-starrer Ajayante Randam Moshanam under wraps, the team of the big budget action-adventure unveiled her character poster on the actress’ birthday on September 21.

Krithi, who is making her Malayalam debut with the period film that also has Aishwarya Rajessh and Surabhi Lakshmi as its female protagonists, essays the character of Lekshmi in the film that will see Tovino in a triple role for the first time in his career.

Ajayante Randaam Moshanam’s three heroines

The film, which is scripted by Sujith Nambiar, has Tovino essaying the character of Maniyan, Kunjikelu and Ajayan. The portions are set in the 1900s, 1950s and 1990. Krithi will be paired with Tovino’s character of Ajayan in the film, as per the director’s post.

“Introducing the radiant Krithi Shetty as Lekshmi, where every frame speaks volumes of her love for Ajayan,” wrote Jithin, who is currently busy with the post production of the 3D film that will be released in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi. While there were reports that the movie will be a Christmas 2023 release, the makers are yet to officially announce when Ajayante Randam Moshanam will hit theatres, as they are yet to complete the VFX portions required for the film.

Tovino too, in a recent interaction with the media in Kochi, said that the team is in no hurry to release the film. “We have conceived it as a big film and shot it also accordingly. So, we want to take time to ensure the output is the best,” said the actor, who has also undergone major physical transformations for his three characters in the movie.

‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam is an adventure entertainer’

In an earlier interview with OTTplay, the film’s director Jithin said that he has been working on the movie for the past fix years and had pitched it to Tovino for the first time, while they were collaborating for Basil Joseph’s Godha.

The film, which also has Harish Uthaman, Prakash Raj, Rohini, Basil, Pramod Shetty and Hareesh Peradi, is an action-adventure and will have a pan-India release, especially after the success of Tovino’s films Minnal Murali and 2018: Everyone Is A Hero.
