It's been just 2 days since T-Series released the much-awaited teaser of Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2, and within no time it was all that anyone could talk about. Despite being a Telugu film, Pushpa is one of the most anticipated films across the nation. The sequel was announced soon after the release of the first part in 2021. Now, Pushpa 2 is all set to be released in theatres on Independence Day, August 15, 2024.

Apart from Pushpa 2, there was another big film that was supposed to release on the same day. Ajay Devgn's sequel to Singham, Singham Again, was also scheduled to be released in theatres on August 15, clashing with Pushpa 2. But the latest is that Rohit Shetty and his team have pushed the release date of Singham Again. Although the exact date is not confirmed, sources revealed that Singham Again is eyeing a Diwali release.

According to Bollywood Hungama, the makers have pushed the release date due to its long-term shooting schedule. The source revealed that Ajay Devgn doesn't want to rush the shooting as it's an important project for him. Rohit and Ajay have already conveyed their decision to Jio Studios, and the production house has suggested Diwali 2024 as the new release date. It turns out that the VFX and editing work is also getting revised, and Diwali has been lucky for Ajay.
The source also revealed that the makers of Singham Again will soon make the official announcement, along with the new release date. So far, the team has already introduced all the characters, like Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Tiger Shroff. We also know that Arjun might play a villain.

Meanwhile, Pushpa 2 already looks ready to rule the box office. Netizens are going gaga over the action thriller after the teaser release. While some are calling director Sukumar, Allu Arjun and composer Devi Sri Prasad the GOAT Trio on social media, others are speculating that it will be a crowd puller. Most have gotten goosebumps after watching the teaser and are eager to watch the movie.
