Ajay Devgn: There’s no hidden agenda behind my thoughts and actions; I am the same at work and home

To be a celebrity in India and still have a private life, is an exception not a lot of Bollywood A-Listers get to enjoy. Ajay Devgn is one such star for sure.

The Bholaa star, who recently featured on the cover of Indian entertianment and lifestyle magazine Filmfare, spoke about being an open book at all times.

“I’m like an open book. I don’t socialise much or party and I believe in being straightforward all the time. I’m the same both at work and at home. There’s no hidden agenda behind my thoughts and actions. I do things from the heart."

The megastar also spoke about how he paves his own path in terms of the movies he makes and explained why he believes that every film is an ‘emotion’.

“I break the norms in the sense that I have my own style. I have my own rules. You can see that in Runway 34 too. During the most dramatic scene, there is an emotional song playing in the background. The base of any film has to be an emotion,” added Ajay Devgn.

For the unversed, Ajay Devgn is all set for the release of his upcoming film Bholaa. The film star has turned director for this action-thriller and stars Tabu in a key role. Bholaa also features Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra, among others.

Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa is the official Hindi remake of Tamil film Kaithi. The original film starred Karthi in the lead role.

Bholaa is all set to release in theatres on March 30, 2023.
