Ajay Devgn has confirmed his next project with Akshay Kumar after Singham Again. The Bollywood actor has taken up a different role for their film.

Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar recently delivered a successful film, Singham Again, at the box office. The Rohit Shetty directorial featured Ajay as Bajirao Singham and Akshay as Veer Sooryavanshi. After the cop drama's massive success, Ajay and Akshay are ready to reunite for a new film. However, this time, they won't work as co-stars. The twist is that Ajay will direct the film which will star Akshay in a lead role.
Ajay Devgn confirms his reunion with Akshay Kumar
At the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2024, Ajay Devgn announced his next film with Akshay Kumar. When the actor was asked about their next collaboration, Ajay said, "This is something we were going to announce later but I think this is a great platform. We are already working on something together where I am directing the film and he is in the film."

When asked for more details, Ajay said it's a little too early to divulge more. But he added that they will talk about it (hopefully soon). It will be interesting to know more about the Ajay Devgn directorial, starring Akshay Kumar in a lead role.
About Ajay and Akshay's film Singham Again
Meanwhile, Ajay and Akshay's cop drama Singham Again has minted approximately Rs 220 crore at the box office in India. Helmed by Rohit Shetty, the film also starred Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff in pivotal roles. Although the film opened to mixed reactions, it did well at the ticket window. It clashed with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 on November 1.
Before Singham Again, Ajay and Akshay did films like Sooryavanshi, Suhaag, and Khakee. As a director, Ajay has helmed Shivaay, U Me Aur Hum, Runway 34, and Bholaa.
