Aindrila Sharma: Boyfriend Sabyasachi Chowdhury asks fans to ‘pray for a miracle’

About 10 days ago, Aindrila Sharma’s boyfriend Sabyasachi Chowdhury took to Facebook to break the news that the actress could come out of ventilation. However, the respite did not last long. A fresh bout of infection, fever and other complications put her back into ventilation. Reports of her health deterioration kept pouring in from hospital sources. The Bamakhyapa actor Sabyasachi took to Facebook and wrote, “I never thought that I would write this here. However, today is the day. Pray for Aindrila. Pray for a miracle. Pray for the supernatural. She is fighting against all odds, beyond human (sic).” The actor has so far been resilient and stood by Aindrila’s side 27x7. His new post sent out a sense of melancholy among their followers. Many people, known and unknown, offered their solidarity in the post. Writer Padmanabha Dasgupta wrote, “We are not known to each other. We met once I pray for her recovery.” Singer Pousali Banerjee wrote, “We all are praying. She will be alright.” Actor Anindya Chatterjee took to his social media post and prayed for her recovery. He also hailed Sabyasachi’s constant support for her partner.

Aindrila – a cancer survivor – suffered a massive brain stroke earlier this month. She was rushed to a hospital on Tuesday night and underwent brain surgery to remove the blood clots. The actress has been in a coma since then. She is kept under observation in the Neuro ICU. Fans are now praying for her recovery.
