Disney+ Hotstar's last web series in Telugu was Yakshini, which did not get the kind of attention it was expected to. Well, Hotstar announced yet another series, Agnisakshi, the other day. The show has Ambati Arjun and Aishwarya playing lead roles in the cop drama.

The makers today revealed the first look of Arjun from the show and he plays Rebel Shankar in the series. Ambati Arjun is seen sporting dark glasses and is on a mission. He plays a cop for the first time in his career, and he has pinned a lot of hopes on this series, which is a suspense thriller filled with a lot of crazy elements.
Aishwarya plays the character of Gouri in this series which has been made on a decent budget. Aishwarya and Arjun are two very popular actors on TV and they have acted in many serials. For the first time in their career, they have teamed up for a web series that is coming out on OTT.

For both Arjun and Aishwarya, Agnisakshi is their OTT debut, and they will be seen in distinct roles in this series. The makers are yet to reveal the entire star cast and technical team of the series. The name of the director has also not been revealed, which looks a bit silly, as the series will be out on July 12, 2024, on Hotstar.
Ambati Arjun came into the limelight with the reality show Bigg Boss. He won the hearts of many and was also in the top five finalists but did not win the show. But he bagged good offers and one of them is Hotstar's Agnisakhi.
On the other hand, Ambati Arjun will also be seen in a key role in Ram Charan's next film, which Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame will direct. As of now, he has pinned all his hopes on Agnisakshi. Let's see what happens.
