Priyanka Chopra Jonas revealed surprising details about Bollywood camps and her negative experiences in recent interviews. Taapsee Pannu, who recently finished 10 years in Bollywood, has a similar narrative to relate about Bollywood, but she says she has always maintained her own stand on it.

During an interaction with the Hindustan Times, the actor said that Bollywood camps are known. It has been there forever, and an actor's friends or agency can influence their allegiance. However, Taapsee doesn't blame the industry for biasing outsiders. She said that everyone should be able to choose their collaborators.

The actor claims she didn't become bitter because she was always conscious of the industry's unfairness. Taapsee never thought the film industry would be fair. She expected bias, so why whine now? It's unfair. The tide is usually against outsiders. After all that, if one still wants to be in this industry, it's their choice, and they can't complain later.

However, realizing that life is biased against everyone offers her relief and the courage to keep going. Taapsee added that, forgetting the film industry, camp and favouritism exist in every job except sports. Talent determines results, not luck.

With Dunki with Shah Rukh Khan, Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba with Vikrant Massey, and Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan? with Pratik Gandhi scheduled for release this year, Taapsee emphasises that this conversation is nothing new and that outsiders, including herself, have always discussed the difficulties of getting into Bollywood.

To enter this industry, one must first gain entry, and even then, it's hard to make a mark. Every film requires struggle, and one successful film doesn't guarantee 10 years of success. Newcomers to this industry don't experience that, and they have to consistently do good work to have a standing.

Last year, the actor appeared in Blurr, Dobaaraa, Shabaash Mithu, and Loop Lapeta.
