Bhuvan Bam has made a name for himself as one of the most popular Indian YouTubers, winning hearts with his hilarious sketches and characters. The star recently announced that he is joining hands with streaming giant, Disney+Hotstar for his latest project.

Bhuvan shared the news with his fans in his trademark witty way. Taking to Instagram, the star posted a reel of himself, featuring two of his popular characters from BB Ki Vines, Janki and Babloo Ji. Janki is seen inconsolable at the news that Bhuvan is going away, and Babloo asks him where he is going. Bhuvan replies that he is leaving to do something special and new, a ‘Hotstar special’ as he calls it. When Janki asks when it’ll come, Bhuvan says that it will come soon. Bhuvan captioned his post “Ek naya safar, shuru kar raha hoon. Aa raha hoon @disneyplushotstar par! Intezaar karoge na?”.

In a statement, Bhuvan expressed his elation for his new project, saying he was ‘pumped’ to make his digital streaming debut with the project, which he calls ‘extraordinary’. He also talked about how he was ‘over the moon’ due to the fact that he is partnering up with Disney+Hotstar for the venture.

“I am excited to see the love my fans and subscribers of the platform will shower on the new character and show,” he added.

Last year, the star had released his new web series, Dhindora, which featured some popular characters from BB Ki Vines as well.
