Sriimurali fans have had to endure a long wait for an update concerning 'Bagheera', but they will finally treated to the film's maiden teaser on December 17th. The day happens to be the actor's 41st birthday as well, so to make things extra special for the same fans, another exciting update is in the offing.
According to the latest developments, Sriimurali is set to work with a debutant filmmaker for his 23rd outing as an actor. The project will be helmed by Halesh Kogudi and the title announcement, along with the release of a theme poster, will be made on Sunday, December 17th.
Halesh Kogudi, as per reports, is an engineer-turned-filmmaker who has previously directed a couple of short films and music videos. Having impressed Sriimurali with the story he had penned for the feature, Halesh would then get a chance to meet the actor to discuss other details such as the screenplay and the visual aspects of the film. According to the same reports, the 'Ugramm' actor would then sign on to star in the project.
Speaking to the same media outlet, Sriimurali shared that he really liked the 'concept' of Halesh Kogudi's film and that the collaboration would be a content-oriented action film, much like 'Bagheera'.
As far as the making is concerned, Halesh Kogudi and the team are currently awaiting the completion of the 'Bagheera' shoot following which the pre-production is set to begin. In the meantime, the writer-director also intends to complete the screenplay and should everything fall in place, the film will go on floors in a matter of eight months from now.
The theme poster, which is due to release on December 17th, will potentially present Sriimurali in a warrior-like avatar and the director assures that the actor will be seen in an enterprising role this time around. The film will feature a lot of action and in fact, the story will progress innovatively through action sequences. More updates to follow.
