Emraan Hashmi to play this role in Ae Watan Mere Watan

If reports are to be believed Emraan will have an extended cameo in the film and he will be portraying the role of socialist political leader Ram Manohar Lohia. Ram was a mentor to Usha Mehta and played an important role in establishing Congress Radio during the Quit India movement of 1942.

“It’s a small but significant role in the narrative, and Emraan has fully justified it with his performance.
